The cutoff marks of various categories would be calculated based on question complexity and NTA scores obtained by candidates appearing for the JEE Main examination. Candidates who obtained the minimum qualifier mark are eligible to appear for the JEE Advanced examination. Admission cutoff is in form of a closing rank which indicates the final rank of a candidate that has secured his/her place at the specified branch, category, and specific institution. The last rank of the candidate to be admitted in an institution is considered the cut-off of the admission. The admission cut-off is in the form of the final rank at which the candidate has secured admission in a participating institution.    

How Much Marks Required For NIT In Jee Mains

A student who scores above or equal to JEE Main cut-off marks, coupled with scoring at least 75% of marks in his/her class 12 board exams (65% for reserved category candidates), shall be considered qualified for JEE Main 2022 NIT admissions, If the student is seeking to gain admission into the best NIT colleges in India, then JEE Mains 2022 scores required would differ from those required to gain admission into the best IIITs.
